PhotoToons are my versions of Claudie Hellmut's poppet's. This series of PhotoToons was created for a friend's birthday. I wanted to create a blank greeting cards to be used when every she needed a card for a special occasions.
While during these pieces, I was so excited on how each image seem to tell their own stories. The type was cut from a variety of magazines. I wanted to use type in a simple way and allow the viewer to create their own meaning. I really can not say which one is my 
favorite, they all seem to work. They make me laugh,which brings joy in my heart. I hope others will see the humor and joy in them.
